| Math 242 / Math 244 |

Beginning Fall 2003, all College of Engineering students
who have not completed Math 242 will be taking Math 244 instead. For
students who have taken Math 242 prior to Fall 2003 and want to repeat
a D+ grade (or lower), they should register for Math 244 (a repeat form must be submitted to the Records Office no later than the sixth week of the quarter Math 244 is taken). |

| PHYS 131 / PHYS X141/141 |
|

Beginning Fall 2007, all AERO and ME majors will be taking PHYS 131 (not PHYS 141). PHYS 141 will replace PHYS 131 if completed between Fall 2004 and Summer 2007 (PHYS 131 was not offered during this time). For students who have taken PHYS 141 prior to Fall 2007 and want to repeat a D+ grade (or lower), they should register for PHYS 131. The Evaluations staff will automatically apply repeat credit if it is applicable.
BMED, CE, CPE, CSC, EE, ENVE, GENE, IE, MATE, MFGE, SE majors should take PHYS 141 in place of PHYS 131 (even if PHYS 131 is listed on their curriculum sheet/flowchart. The Evaluations staff will automatically apply repeat credit if it is applicable).
