Applying for Off-Campus Housing Resources

The Housing Office maintains off-campus rental information of housing, apartments, mobile homes, and an extensive list of private and shared rooms. If you wish to explore off-campus housing options you can do so by calling the telephone listing service at (805) 756-5700 (available 24hrs/day) or by checking listings at the housing websites:

The University does not inspect, approve, or disapprove of any housing offered through these rental resources.

The following are off-campus housing ranges:
  • One - two bedroom houses range $950-$1500
  • Studio apartments can range $700-$1000
  • One bedroom apartments can range $950-$1,100
  • Two - three bedroom apartments can range $1,000-$1,450
There are also many communities close enough for a 5-20 minute commute to San Luis Obispo, including:
