| Biomedical Engineering Technical and Support Electives |

Students should discuss the selection of these courses with their faculty advisor. The Techncial Elective and Support Elective Form is available in the Advising Center.
Technical Electives
- 14 units required on the 2005-07 catalog.
- Technical electives must be upper-division (300/400/500 level)
- Technical electives cannot be used to satisfy other undergraduate major, support, or general education requirements (no double-counting allowed).
Support Electives
- 16 units required on the 2005-07 catalog.
- Students must take one course from: ZOO 331, ZOO 332, BIO 432, BIO 433
- Students must take one (GE B6) course from: MATH 344, STAT 312, PHYS 417
- Other suggested courses to satisfy the support electives include: BIO 302 or 303 or 351, BIO 405, BIO 447, BIO 452, CHEM 312, CHEM 313, CHEM 444, CHEM 473, MCRO 221 or 224, MCRO 225, MCRO 320, MCRO 402, ZOO 426.
- Support electives cannot be used to satisfy other undergraduate major, support, or general education requirements (no double-counting allowed).
